​Did you just find out about your placement on the JET Programmme? Are you about to be a JET ALT or CIR in Miyagi prefecture? Well, you’re in the right place!
 
First of all, Congratulations! And welcome to our magnificent prefecture of Miyagi.
 
Miyagi is a serene and peaceful prefecture filled with the friendliest people and a close knit, pleasant JET community. MAJET is here to ensure that we maintain these relationships by chiilin’ out together or just partying hard every chance we get. So there’s really no need to worry about making friends. We gotchu!
 
And just in case you were uncertain about your placement, I’d like to reassure you by saying that being a JET in Miyagi has been the greatest experience of my life, and there are a bunch of others who can attest to that.
