Miyagi United Soccer Tournament October 2nd-3rd

Dear Miyagi,We have a soccer team and WE NEED YOU for our all Japan ALT soccer
tournament on the October 2nd and 3rd.

Details below:

*We leave in 3 rented vans on the evening of October 1st at around 6 and get there at around 12(a party in the van is permitted).
*The next day we have breakfast and play 3 or 4 games.
*There is a big cafeteria where everyone will have dinner that night followed by a massive party (Dancing and all that)!
*On the sunday we have breakfast again and will play in a knockout either in the main comeptition or the plate if we didn't do too well.
*We leave for sendai in the afternoon and hopefully will be back in Sendai at 7ish or whenever people want to leave (a party in the van is permitted).

What we need:
*People with drivers licences
*at least 13 guys and 8 girls
*Very, very thirsty people

Cost:
The cost will vary depending on how many people want to come.
*If we can get 22 people the cost will be about 27,000.
This will include accomodation for two nights, breakfast and dinner, a curry lunch, the tournament fee, transport and drink.

Supporters:
*If you still want to come but don't want to play thats cool too.
It'll be about 2000 less for supporters and you'll have more time to bugger
around.

We need to apply but the 18th of this month so time is running out. The deadline to RSVP is September 12th.

We will be having a kick around in Nanakita Park in Izumi on sunday at 12.
Feel free to bring friends and also you don't have to be coming to Nagano to come down and play.
